McClellan Ridgecrest Bridge Project

Here are a few pictures taken of some of the recent work done by the Madison County Road Department and the cities of Madison and Ridgeland. The first picture is of the new bridge that connects Hwy 51 and Old Canton Rd. This project was called the McClellan Ridgecrest Bridge Project and represented a team effort between Madison County, the city of Madison, and Ridgeland.

The second pictures highlights the grade work done by Madison County's James Dennis on the McCleland Ridgecrest Bridge Project. Mr. Dennis has over 30 years of road work experience and is a master with a motor grader and bulldozer.

Magnolia St.

This picture shows the work done by the county and the city of Madison on Magnolia St. As you no doubt were aware, Magnolia was in very poor condition. The city of Madison and Madison County teamed up and did a beautiful job on this street. Be reminded, though, that the speed limit is only 30 miles an hour.
