The Madison County Board of Supervisors has established guidelines for parties that wish to be added to an agenda to appear before the Board for public comment. To be added to the agenda, interested parties should complete the online form below at least 24 hours in advance of a meeting and provide a summary of the topic(s) to be presented.
An agenda item will be added for anyone following these guidelines.
For those interested parties that cannot comply with the 24-hour notice requirement, a sign-in sheet will be available outside of the Boardroom up until 5 minutes prior to the meeting.
